Have you heard it said, the devil goes to church to? I have. In fact, I’ve said it. Have you heard about witches running the prayer teams? I heard about that from a minister who was given Revelation and shared with the local pastor. The woman was speaking in some type of tongue and the minister commanded her to say clearly what she had been speaking and she was calling upon the power of Satan. She was a busy body who was sent there to garner information, infuse chaos and bring destruction.
Definition of distraction
Noun
1: something that distracts : an object that directs one’s attention away from something else2: the act of distracting or the state of being distracted – especially : mental confusion
If you look at the definitions of these two words, then you compare to what you see going on perhaps in your own life as a Christian or in the lives of others around you in the church, I think you will be able to affirm that one or both of these are occurring at any given time in or around you.
As we are kept busy, or in a tizzy, we become ineffectual. if we don’t rightly discern spirits, through the Holy Spirit, there can be all kinds of demonic activity going on even within the church walls.
I encourage myself and you to pause today and pray for discernment of spirits and laser focus on God’s purpose for your life along with the strength to walk-in and pursue it.
God bless you!
